Gragnana

Along the road leading to Castelpoggio, Fosdinovo and then Campocecina, lies at three km from Carrara, Gragnana, a village dating back to 1078.
The parts of the medieval tower, which is the convergence point of the town embattled wall, is of great interest. It is also worth visiting the S. Michele church. It lies just out of the village wall and preserves a pulpit and a wonderful choir in walnut, coming from the S. Pietro in Bagnara church of Massa.
